The bathroom had a huge bathtub with a TV in front! The AC in the room was also great with it being very cold making it nice to sleep. The breakfast was also amazing with a wide variety of choices. Highly recommended. The porters were extermely helpful in helping me with the luggage and opening the main doors for me. Everything was great. People are friendly and always willing to help and give directions. I didn't speak Bahasa malaysia for almost 40 years and the people I asked for help managed to direct me back to the hotel on Tuesday night. The night the tree felled. Taxis and grabs were not running and the only back from Sungai Wang was to walk. People on the streets were telling me how and where to go. I do thank the 2 BMW mechanics who directed me back to the hotel.
Food was cheap and the exchange rate was excellent.
I found that night hours were safer than many towns in north America.

We have been Kuala Lumpur on a few occasions and always enjoy the food , friendliness and culture of the Malaysian people.
Enjoyed Batu Caves although been there before there is more than the caves to interest people.
Nice room, just as described on Booking webside. Very close to the KL Sentral, just pass the nearby shopping mall and try to get down to street lever, then you just have made the most of the journey. Walk towards the big silvery tower and after max 10 minutes you are there. Righthand north of the hotel are many Indian restaurants and temples. Money as well as supplies can be received at the two gas stations on the way to the hotel. Perfect location coming and leaving by train, which is a very good choice according to my experience.
Excellent stay, I booked 2 days before my trip - I requested for interconnecting rooms by booking 1 king bed and 2 queen beds rooms in order to get the interconnecting room. The beds are huge and the pillows were really comfortable. We were also given level 24 rooms which has great views! My family of 2A 3C had a good night sleep in the spacious. Hotel is located next to Nu Sentral and KL Sentral rapid. The breakfast spread was good and I like the Teh Tarik. The staff are very polite and always smiling. We will definitely return.
I had a 1 night stay in this hotel for the 1st time and definately will come back again. As a solo female traveller I feel really safe in this hotel. Its not the sleazy kind of hotel. I appreciate the 24 hr concierge as I arrived only at around 2.30am. The room has everything that I needed for a comfortable stay and a good night rest. Its super clean like a 5 star standard. Staffs are all very friendly. Highly recommended and value for money, especially for budget travellers.
Very clean, replenished water/coffee daily. Toothbrush is provided (seems to be important for some Asian travellers). Had a small gym on 5th floor. Spacious rooftop accessible. Small rooms but great property for a short stay. Centrally located next to KL Sentral Station (Bricksfield/Little India). Big shopping mall opposite the hotel. We had to leave early to get to the airport so it was very convenient. Small breakfast is a choice of 6 set menus.
Convenient location close to Sentral. Easily accessible by train if you're taking the ERL from the airport to Sentral as the hotel is connected to the Bangsar station. Walkable distance to cool cafes and bars around the Bangsar area. Hotel staff were hospitable and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was huge considering the price we paid. Complimentary coffee, tea and snacks for our floor. Great experience overall.
As for the 1st timer like me to stay in this kind of hotel, it was really an excellent stay.. the view was completely stunned! The twin tower view was superb! As for the breakfast spread totally meet my expectation for this 5 star hotel! My family was really happy! Bilik selesa sgt! Lg stu winning point traders ni sbb ada free buggy services utk one way atau return ke KLCC.. nk berjalan pn okay since it was really close..
it’s suitable for transit - if you need to catch early morning ERL Train or bus to airport, this could be one of your affordable hotel. Located very near to Nu Sentral. Amenities provided are basic - which is okay for my short stay. My room is facing main road & I can hear the noise from outside. if you are bothered by the noise, then this hotel might not be the one for you or you could request a room facing the back.
Literally the best capsule hotel I’ve ever stayed out. So so clean, constant aircon, shared spaces are well looked after and staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. I had trouble booking a grab to the airport and reception helped me call one off their personal phone. Would recommend to travellers solo and group. Capsules are spacious - I stayed in the women’s dorm and loved it. Will stay again.
Location is smack right in a highly Indian (local and foreigners) neighbourhood, so there are plenty selection of Indian cuisine and more affordable food outlets. The hotel's walking distance to KL Monorail station, link bridge to NU Sentral mall and KL Sentral transportation hub makes it a very convenient choice for tourists who arrive from the airport by shuttle bus or ERL (train).
Strategic Location to go anywhere. It’s Near Nu Sentral, easy to catch train on time. Walking distance about 5 minutes. Near commuter, monorail & lrt. Easy to find food because there’s a lot of kedai mamak. Near 7e, kk mart, speed mart & if you forget to bring your fon charger, you can buy it at the electronics shop in front of the hotel. A lot of other budget hotel nearby.
Location just 5 minutes walk to Jalan Alor and 10 minutes to MRT and center of Bukit Bintang shopping arcade. Spacious room with extra facility like iron. Refrigerator, hair dryer, mug also provided on request. Overall a very good experience to stay at this hotel. Suitable for family & couples. The staff very responsive.
The location is superb. Easy to access, and surrounding is 24 hour area, where you can easily get food and emergency kit even in the middle of the night. Next to the hotel, have oriental Malaysia Cafe. Any kind of food from breakfast to dinner. The facilities is like regular 3 star hotel, complete and clean.
The location is good, walking distance to Pavilion/Bukit Bintang area and Suria KLCC/Petronas Twin Tower, which already covers the best spots of KL, especially for shopping. Hotel is very new, staff are super accommodating and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection was limited but the food quality was great.
Perfect location for connecting transportation to other city or airport. We chose this place because of the location. KL Sentral is just across the street, monorail to Bukit bintang 2.50rm one way. Bukit bintang will be better area for people who visiting K.L.
The room was comfortable and the shower was so good. The water pressure was amazing. It is very near to Bukit Bintang, 2 mins walking distance to Jalan Alor and opposite the hotel lobby would the happening Changkat.
Frequent traveler in this area but my first time at Royce Hotel! Excellent for a budget hotel in KL Sentral! For the room rate I got a comfortable clean room & front office were great! Will be staying here now on.
Hotel was clean, and well run. The location is perfect and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Lots of good eating places around and Sentral Mall and airport transport. Would stay again.
