The service in the hotel is fantastic, they are very friendly and professional. There is a metro station right next to the hotel, which makes it easy to get around the rest of the city.

A 5-minute drive from the O2 Arena, Wellness Hotel Step is 5 km from Prague city centre. It features a direct connection to the Step Sports and Wellness Centre. The Deluxe room was nice and having 90 minute a day access to the saunas & swimming pool was amazing! The restaurant was good as well!

Jerusalem Restaurant has the most delicious and freshly made food. It's so convenient having the hotel and restaurant combined like this. Breakfast was very nice with a good range of choices. I loved it there.

Everything was clean and came with other nice things, like iron and ironing board, sewing kit, etc. Was nice since one of my hoodies needed stitching. The room was sufficiently big; the shower had hot water; everything was great.
